So I moved into my rental in April and I unpacked a little. Soon I'll be moving again! Into my "permanent" residence.
The rental has been fun. It had plenty of room to set up a "lady lair" sewing room... but in an effort to reduce cleaning at the end of lease, I didn't set one up.
For the time being, all my fabric and sewing stuff are packed neatly under the stairs... along with most of my kitchen stuff. I literally unpacked 2 champagne glasses, 2 wine glasses, 2 plates - had to cancel a dinner party when I realised that my guests would be eating takeaway on paper plates.
Been looking on Houzz for inspiration and came across the photo below - hahaha... mine would be all labelled 'floral'!
Can't wait to get back into sewing!
PS. I'll be at Camberwell Market on Sunday 5th June, selling some of my handmade dresses. I don't expect to sell many, but I'm decluttering and thought I'd try and re-home my beloved dresses.
